With nothing but day-time television, the daily crossword and each other for company, we begin to see the pressure on the 50-year relationship between Felicity (Rita Tushingham) and Adam (Paul Barber). In a puzzling narrative, told through flashback and surreal “crossword” format dialogue, we explore the intricacies and difficulties of a lifelong commitment and highlight the struggle of enforced social distancing on the already vulnerable.

'Elicit' was 2 years in the making and began it's festival run in 2023 at Norwich Film Festival, Aesthetica Film Festival and won Best Short Film at BAFTA-Qualifying Carmarthen Bay Film Festival.

It brings Rita Tushingham (Taste of Honey, Doctor Zhivago) and Paul Barber (Only Fools and Horses, Full Monty) together for their first time sharing the big screen. Alongside Aaron Gordon and Emily Fairn, who recently starred alongside Martin Freeman in BBC's "The Responder", as their younger counterparts.
